Limited One Year Warranty

We are pleased to offer a limited warranty that applies to all new products directly purchased through our authorized dealer network.

These terms and conditions cover all instruments, manufactured and distributed by Paititi Music Winds. Paititi trumpets, Paititi pocket trumpets, Paititi piccolo trumpets, Paititi Flugelhorns, Paititi trombones, Paititi flutes, Paititi piccolos, Paititi clarinets, Paititi alto saxophones, Paititi soprano saxophones, Paititi tenor saxophones, Paititi baritone saxophones. Conditions: the Paititi Music Company warrants its instruments to be free of defect in material or workmanship for one year after product purchase from an authorized dealer. Cases are warranted to be free of defect in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Paititi Music will, at its option, repair or replace any item found to have been defective in materials or manufacture under the terms stated here. Paititi Music shall be the sole arbiter of eligibility for warranty repair or replacement. If Paititi Music elects to replace the product, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. You will be responsible for any initial shipping charges if the product(s) must be shipped for warranty service. However, Paititi Music will pay the return shipping charges to any destination within the USA if the repairs are covered by the warranty. Paititi Music's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective items.

Eligibility and warranty Service: to be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser of the item must present the defective item, together with the original receipt of purchase, to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will then make all necessary arrangements with Paititi Music for repair or replacement of the defective item. This eligibility is limited to the original purchaser, whether through outright purchase or through a school or institutional lease. Paititi Music reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. The policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.

Restrictions: Instruments: this limited one year warranty applies only to original purchaser of instrument. The warranty is void if any repair or attempt to repair instrument by customer or by an unauthorized repairperson has been made. This warranty does not cover: damage, deterioration, or malfunctioning due to accident, misuse, abuse, or improper operation of any instrument which has been altered or on which the serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed of normal wear and periodic maintenance deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere, or external causes such as extreme temperature or humidity. Springs, felt parts, accessories, swabs, cleaning cloths, or mouthpieces of any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will void the warranty. Cases: This limited 90 day warranty applies only to original purchase of a case, purchased either with an instrument or purchased separately. Damage caused by either normal wear, or by misuse or neglect is not covered. Paititi Music warranty responsibilities and liabilities are limited to repair or replacement of defective cases for 90 days from the date of purchase. Damage to instruments, or other personal property being stored or transported in Paititi Music cases is not covered by this or any other Paititi Music warranty.

In Order to Obtain Warranty Service:

Warranty service will only be provided for defective products within the Warranted Area.

Product(s) shipped for service should be packed securely and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem(s) requiring service, together with the original or a machine reproduction of the bill of sale or other dated, proof-of-purchase document describing the product, as evidence of warranty coverage. Should any product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible therefore, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished and the repair will be accomplished only if requested by you and upon receipt of payment or acceptable arrangement for payment.Warranty service will only be provided for defective products within the Warranted Area.
